Spatial Intent

Concept & Architectural Flow

The residence is conceived as a serene retreat from Jaipur's desert warmth. The central architectural courtyard serves as the thermal and social anchor, drawing indirect daylight deep into living wings while offering framed botanical vistas.

Our in-house design and execution team managed every phase—from preliminary masonry realignment to custom joinery crafted in our Jaipur workshop, finishing with low-glare 2700K illumination.

Spatial Planning

Clear delineation between conversational public pavilions and secluded family suites. High cross-ventilation corridors reduce mechanical cooling needs.

02 • Joinery

Crafted Millwork

Hand-finished lime plaster walls in warm ivory paired with fluted natural teak wood and solid brushed unlacquered brass hardware manufactured in-house.

03 • Illumination

Lighting & Ambience

Low-glare indirect cove illumination paired with custom-designed linen sofas, bespoke low-slung credenzas, and handcrafted wool dhurries.
